ECO TANKS ~ FRIENDLY PRICING

Our eco bio wastewater treatment plants EST 6 - 12 are intended for municipal wastewater treatment from individual houses for 1 to 12 people. Note: If at any stage you think you may exceed the capacity of the tank in the future, eg; have more than the reccomended people usage, now is the perfect time to upgrade to a larger size.

For example if you have two or three people living in your house an EST 6 (designed for a max of 6 people) tank will be fine, but if you intend to rent your house out or have more than 4 guests visiting you for long periods we suggest you invest in an EST 8 so the tank isn't constantly working at it's maxium capacity.

The prices below may fluctuate depending on the type of ground level we have to install the tanks in, for example flat even ground is fine, whereas rocky, elevated or ground on a slope can increase the final quote we send out after the site inspection by €500 or so.

EST 6 - From €7,750 (1 - 6 people)

EST 8 - From €8,750 (6 - 8 people)

EST 10 - From €9,500 (8 - 10 people)

EST 12 - From €10,500 (10 - 12 people)

All prices include the following:

1. Supply and install (ground work included) your desired Eco Friendly Septic Tank with CE marking + hard wire an Aerator compressor with timer and secure lid coverings (Never turn off the Aearator for long periods.)

2. Start up of the Septic Tank with operating demonstration.

3. Processing of the documentation in the Hydrographic Confederation of Segura to obtain the mandatory documentation, necessary for the Town hall. (Also needed to proceed with the documentation of Occupancy license/Habitation certificate if you require this.)

4. Two certificates issued, the first is emailed to you within one week of installation, the final certificate can take up to 18 - 24 months for the water board to issue theirs.

Even though our set prices above are accurate enough we will provide a Fixed Total Price after the ONSITE inspection is carried out. Installation will commence after written confirmation has been received by email and you have paid a 50% deposit of the invoice total.

Prior to installation you must know which direction your waste water pipe goes, know where your existing septic tank is situated and have an electric supply within reach of the new tanks position. It is always cheaper to install tanks next to your existing tank, this eliminates the need to re-route waste pipes as we can simply extend your existing pipe to connect to the new septic tank.

An authorised septic tank with installation usually costs home owners between 10,000e and 15,000e depending on which company carries out the work.
